Dried Gourd (Kanpyo)
Kanpyo is made from Bottle Gourds , a large fruit of the Gourd family Cucur-bitaceae, by peeling them into strips and dried. High in calcium, potassium, phosphorus and iron. it is also a good source of fiber.
Locally produced mibuna are mixed into the noodles, giving it a soft,smooth texture and jade green color. This specialty Ramen is topped with deep-fied wintons.
